1. Eligibility: This is an International Contest and is open to anyone in the World. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older.  Employees of The One World Photo Contest,  and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law including the states of Colorado, Rhode Island, Maryland, and Nebraska. Photographers retain all Copyrights to their Images.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The One World Photo Contest as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest. 

3. Campaign Period: Open 365 Days a year.

4. Entry Fees:  You must be a member to enter.

6. Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Grand Prize Trophy and a cash prize determined by participation. Winner’s do not have to be members at the time of The Winning Announcement. Any duties, tax, or import tax required by the winner's country for receiving the grand prize will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Cash prizes will be sent by wire transfer to your bank account. All members will have their images viewed for a chance to be featured in the ambient Video Series.

7. Judging: Photos will be judged by a private panel of Photographers and be judged based on lighting, technical skills, overall quality, creativity, and emotional components of the photograph. Ai produced images are not allowed.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:  Winner will be selected by Judging Panel under the supervision of The One World Photo Contest Winner and will be notified by e-mail and the winning photo will be posted to the website. The announcement of Winner’s will depend on participation and only one winner will be chosen each year with the announcement happening on a day chosen by The One World Photo Contest.

9. Rights Granted by You:  Photographers retain all Copyrights to their Images By entering this contest, You understand and agree that The One World Photo Contest has the right to use your photo and name on the https://www.oneworldphotocontest.com , and community.oneworldphotocontest.com websites and social media as well as the winner's name, and likeness. The One World Photo Contest  DOES NOT retain any rights to re-sell your images for commercial use. You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights and that it was not created using Ai technology. 

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The One World Photo Contest and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. 

11. Disputes: THIS contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND MN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in MN having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the The One World Photo Contest website. 

13. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the contest is The One World Photo Contest & Studio414 Inc.

14. Facebook:  The contest is hosted by The One World Photo Contest and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. 

15. Snapchat: The Contest is hosted by The One World Photo Contest and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by , or associated with Facebook. By entering this contest you the participant completely release Snap Inc. from all claims based on, related to, or arising from the The One World Photo Contest.

16. By participating in the contest: You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules & Regulations
